You retain ownership of the content you create and share (such as posts, collections, and profile details), but by posting it, you grant World of Montague a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as part of the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post.

V. COMMERCE & TRANSACTIONS

In the future, World of Montague will offer curated physical products through Montague Home. At that time, additional terms, including payment, shipping, and refund policies, will apply. These will be clearly disclosed during checkout.

VI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, and design elements within World of Montague (except user-generated content) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written permission.

VII. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, especially for:

• Breaches of these Terms
• Disruptive or abusive behavior
• Violation of community guidelines
